Number of exchanges doesn't match the number of likes I've actually received on my page.. Why?
Well, this may happen in some cases that you will receive more likes/ shares or less that what you were supposed to. Shareyt chanrges you coins only when an exchange (like/ share etc..) has been successfully recorded, but still at times there will be a few users who may like/follow your page but later if they dont find the content interesting enough they decide to unlike/unfollow.
My coins are decreasing.. Why?
When I refreshed the page I noticed my coins decreased.. Why?
Here at shareyt advertisers post their ads (campaigns) and they spend coins when others like/share the ads. If your coins are decreasing, this indicates you are running your own ads and other users have already started liking/sharing them.. To check if you have active ads (campaigns), go to Manage campaigns - Manage your ads section. There you can enable/ disable or edit all campaigns you are running.
Does Shareyt Auto-Post Status Updates/ tweets or Likes anything without my permission?
No, shareyt never posts anything from your accounts without permission. Shareyt never even asks for your social media password or API access. So your account is totally safe and your privacy respected.
Do you sell Followers, Likes, Friends, Subscribers or Hits?
We have both paid and free programs. For free publicity on social media we introduced a system where users can follow, like, share, visit, vote for one another and thus benefit themselves. Well, the campaigns you promote, like, share are all posted by other members. Sometimes they can accidentaly post inappropriate campaigns that are non-responsive or dead. If you happen to come across such a campaign on any section, there you will always see the "skip" button to trash the dead campaign and move on. Apart from that, if you really believe there is a bug in the system or you come across weird error messages feel free to report it in details, from Contact Page choosing category: "Report a Bug".

- Are you offering good CPC? With CPC 2 your projects will run slower because you are offering less credits to users for promoting your content, whereas offering cpc 6-8 will give much faster response.
- Are you accepting everybody to your campaign? Or you are narrowing target using country requirements?
- Are you allowing cash incentive? Disallowing cash incentive may greatly slow down your campaigns.
- Do you have your campaign activated or its paused? (Our system automatically pause problematic and dead campaigns)
- Do you have enough coins on your account? You wont get likes, followers, shares when you run out of coins. You may participate in Shareyt network and earn coins free or you may buy coin packs here.
